About the Training
Railway staff work in an environment that is fast-paced, public-facing, and often unpredictable. Shift work, challenging interactions, and exposure to critical incidents can all affect mental health and emotional resilience.
"Railway Resilience: Supporting Yourself and Others" is a half-day interactive training programme designed specifically for railway professionals. It equips staff with the skills to recognise signs of mental health challenges, engage in supportive conversations, and maintain their own wellbeing — helping to create a safer, more connected, and more compassionate railway community.
